Environmental seal of approval

The Alpine Association operates its 231 huts with the ambitious goal of developing them into exemplary accommodation facilities in terms of ecological and sustainable management.
At the 2023 Annual General Meeting in Rankweil, three huts were awarded the coveted Alpine Club environmental seal of approval for their outstanding ecological commitment. We congratulate the Arthur-von-Schmid-Haus, the Franz-Senn-Hütte and the Freschen-Haus.
